Eagle Insurance is a leading insurance company in Mauritius offering comprehensive solutions across various sectors. With expertise in individual and corporate markets, Eagle Insurance provides a wide range of insurance services including Car, Home, Accident, Health, Engineering, and Boat insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage emails and documents.
- Attend to basic client inquiries and handle incoming phone calls.
- Process transactions in the operating system, including claims registration and closure, payments, and reserve modifications.
Provide regular statistics, and information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in the insurance field.
Other Prerequisites
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Good written and oral skills in English and French.
