Key Responsibilities

  • Process insurance policies, ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and intermediaries.
  • Provide policy information and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Insurance will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of working experience.

Other Prerequisites

  • Organised, detail oriented and motivated self-starter.
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good written and oral skills in English and French.
